We are cultivating a local food culture through collaboration, community and creativity.

Whole Foos was founded by Sergio Reyes, a local chef, farmer, and butcher who believes that food has the power to connect people to each other and to the earth.

 

Sergio grew up in Denver and has had a passion for creating beautiful and delcious food since he was a child, watching his mamá and his tios create meals that were meant to bring the family together. He has held a vision of creating a local tortilla since he was young, envisioning his tortilleria next to his huerta, inviting his guests to visit the garden and then go next door to purchase their tortillas.

 

Sergio is grateful for the opportunity to share his gifts and his passions with his community, bringing local food to local people. Some may say it's impossible, at Whole Foos we believe it's not only possible, it's the future.
